Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FairwayOS mobile application ("App") operated by Armaan Manji ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

FairwayOS is a GPS golf rangefinder, scorecard, and stats tracking application. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions

FairwayOS offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("FairwayOS Pro") that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices may change with notice; any price change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

4. GPS & Distance Data

GPS distances provided by the App are approximate and depend on your device's hardware, satellite availability, and environmental conditions. FairwayOS is not a substitute for professional surveying equipment. Distances are provided for informational and recreational purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. User Content

Round data, scores, and statistics you create within the App remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. All user data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
